A short note on the design of these pages:
I originally tried to use various word processor "convert to HTML" tools to create personal web stuff, but wasn't happy with the look even before converting to HTML and seeing the stuff in a browser.
Much more recently I became interested in doing PHP programming under Linux, and almost as an accident I finally learned enough raw HTML to do what I wanted.
Nothing fancy on these pages, aside from some big images.
I'm always looking to increase accessibility.
