Here are some of photos of a couple different Kris Truzzi setups. These were taken in August, 2004.
These two are my attempt to recreate one of Kris's setups, the "XY by the hammers" setup. Pictured is my coincident-diaphragm version. When I've seen Kris do this setup he's had the mics (usually he uses his own Oktava MC-012's) crossed in the middle, with the heads pointing 90 degrees apart and maybe 2-3 inches apart. (still need a photo of Kris's actual setup)
This is another setup, from the Livingston Taylor show. These were Kris's own large-diaphragm condensors. He also mixed in some signal from the pickup.
